3 Tools to Outcreate Labels of Autism, ADD, ADHD and OCD

June 01, 2017

If we’re to believe the news headlines, ADD, ADHD, OCD and autism is rampant in our children — and that’s a very bad thing.

Not so, says founder of Access Consciousness® Gary Douglas. “For us, it’s actually the mutation of the species to a higher order, not a lesser order. And it’s not nearly as bad as everybody wants to make it.”

Gary and the amazing Diva Diaz recently co-facilitated X Men: Creating the REAL Future, a specialist class designed for those who are so different that they stand out wherever they go.

To society, these people are misfits or else they’re labelled as disabled. In truth, they’re the gifted ones.

“I don’t think you are disabled; you’re actually over-abled,” Gary said on the Access Consciousness Show on Voice America.

If you’ve been diagnosed as ADD, ADHD, OCD and autism, or know someone who has, here are 3 practical tools you can start to use straightaway.

Use questions

Questions are highly empowering, especially with children who have been diagnosed as different. Often, they’ll pick up the question as you’re thinking it and you won’t even need to say it out loud.

Ask, what can I change here?” Gary suggested. “What’s possible here with this kid that would create something different?”

“One of the things I find so fascinating about x men is how they connect energetically with you if you’re willing to receive it,” Diva added. “You could also think, where are you? And energetically allow yourself to be with them. That creates a sense of peace in their world, where they know you’re with them energetically and they don’t have to do this frenetic energy.”

Be creative

Every day, Gary destroys and uncreates all his relationships with everybody in the world so he is on the creative edge of possibility. This doesn’t mean your relationships will end. You cannot destroy anything that is true, you can only destroy the lies.

“You’ll find yourself having to spend time on creating (your relationships) instead of trying to maintain it and keep things going,” Gary explained.

“Ever notice that when you’re creating something it’s more fun? You want to be on that creative edge of everything in life so you’ll have way more fun — that’s actually who you are and what you are.”

What if you could never get it wrong?

This can seem like a strange concept for people who have been labelled as disabled or diagnosed with an incurable illnesses. They’ve been told they’re wrong over and over.

However Gary said, “What if there was nothing ever wrong with you? What if you knew you couldn’t fail?”

This is a very different conversation and one that you won’t want to miss! You can listen to it in full here.

As always Gary covered a range of topics so you’ll also find tools for dyslexia, how to overcome perennial tiredness and how to ask for money.
