When Access Consciousness first began in 1990, Access Bars, often called just “The Bars”, was all that was offered.
To this day it remains the foundation of Access Consciousness.
Recently, Patriccia Balan, an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator travelled to India to teach Access Bars to children, many of whom were raised in the slums, and currently attend one of the government schools in Bangalore.
While there, she taught the tools of Access Consciousness and the technique of Access Bars to 80 children from the ages of 6-16 years old.
What if a measure of success in this world is to change just one person’s life? What if running someone’s Bars or getting your Bars run could change much more than you ever thought possible?
As Patriccia said after returning from India, “I am in immense gratitude to Access Consciousness for empowering me and giving me tools that I can use to be a contribution to the world. The more I get my Bars run, the more I get to function from a space of choice in every area of my life. I get to wake up happy every day for no specific reason and the times I don’t, I get to use the tools from Access Consciousness to change any upset.”
What inspires you? What future and change would you like to create in the world?

Hi Patriccia,
Just curious to know if the 12 yr old girls father has stopped beating her and her mother. The story feels unfinished.
Thank you
