Sometimes the Simplest Tool is the Best

August 16, 2016

If you’ve been around Access Consciousness for a while then you probably have a bunch of favorite tools that you use to change any sticky situation.

And chances are the very first tool you received, the mantra of Access, may have slipped off your radar.

As tools go, few are as simple, effective and elegant as saying, ‘All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory™,’ ten times in the morning and 10 times in the evening.

On a recent Voice America radio show, Gary Douglas the Founder Access Consciousness® said he lives his whole life from the point of view that everything is ease, joy and glory.

“Actually today I was having a problem with my stomach,” Gary said. “So I asked what would ease, joy and glory with this be? And all kinds of things just show up.”

Every time you say the mantra of Access, Dr. Dain Heer explained, you’re stepping beyond this reality.

“For everybody else, their trauma and drama is more valuable to them than the ease, joy and glory that’s actually possible.”

If you’d like your life to be different, start to choose ease. Ease is a sense of space and a refusal to buy everybody else’s problems, pain and suffering. Joy is a lively energy; it’s also got sense of peace to it, and that leads to glory, which is the exuberant expression of abundance.

What makes the mantra of Access different to doing affirmations is that you’re not trying to overcome a negative point of view. You recognize that life can be good, bad and ugly at times.

As Dain explained, “You’re no longer trying to separate from the bad, you’re no longer trying to separate from the ugly. You’re actually willing to have the good, the bad and the ugly and whatever life shows up — with ease, joy and glory.

“Given that we’ve seen this so many times we know that’s the way it can be,” Dain added. “We also know it’s everybody’s choice whether they chose it or not. Or whether they’re so jaded by this reality that it doesn’t seem like a possibility for them.”

Use this tool to start changing your life because it will, almost imperceptibly at first. Also recognize that there will be times when you have to take action.

“This is a do-do world,” Gary quipped. “You have to do something to allow that ease, joy and glory to come into your world. You have to live your life.”

Gary & Dain host a regular show on Voice America every Thursday at 2pm Pacific.
