Home for the Holidays – 7 Tools Recap.

December 16, 2013

What if you could create a holiday season of fun and delight rather than exhaustion and fight?

7 tools in 7 days to bring you home to the magic and greatness of you this holiday season!

7 Tools

Ever feel like you’re wandering? Longing for a place to belong? Looking for people that offer total kindness and caring for you? Searching for something that makes sense? That place that feels like… you know… HOME.

What if YOU are actually the key? What if all those things that you think you are looking for aren’t really what you’re looking for? What if you choosing you, with all of the magic and greatness that you are, is all that you’ve really been looking for?

Are you ready to choose you? Are you ready to come home to the magic and greatness of you this holiday season?

Home, as defined by Webster, is “the place where you live.” Would you like to live in the magic and greatness of you?

Over the past 7 days, we have been looking at tools to assist with creating fun and lightness during the holiday season. Tools to bring us home to the magic and greatness of who we be. Here’s a recap of those tools:

Tool #1Destroy and uncreate the expectations, projections, judgments, decisions and conclusions that you have about the holidays, about your family, about what families are supposed to be, about what you have to do, about what you can’t do, etc.

All of the, judgments, decisions and expectations, projections conclusions I have about the holidays, destroy and uncreate. Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts, boys and beyond.

Tool #2 – Who does that belong to?

For every thought, feeling and emotion that you have, ask the question, “Who does that belong to?” If you have a sense of lightness when you ask it, guess what? It doesn’t belong to you! When you get that whatever you are aware of isn’t yours, you can simply say, “Return to sender.”

Tool #3 – Living in the question

“What would it take for this holiday season to turn out greater than I can imagine?” And, “What energy, space and consciousness can me and my body be to be the space of being we truly be?”

Ask questions. Ask questions. Ask questions! Stay in the question.

Tool #4 – Find the humor in every situation

“What’s amusing about this that I’m not getting?”

Tool #5 – Including YOU in the holiday season. Living in the Kingdom of WE!

What would it take to live in the kingdom of we? Everything being included (that means you!). Nothing being excluded (that also means you!). Nothing being judged (that definitely means you!)

Tool #6 – Acknowledging the gift of YOU!

What if you were willing to nurture and care for you?

What if you would open the doors to being everything you have decided it is not possible to be?

What would it take for you to realize how crucial you are to the possibilities of the world?

What if you’re more amazing than you’ve ever dared to imagine?

Tool #7 – BE the magic!

Gary Douglas founder of Access Consciousness® says “The true magic of life is the ability to receive everything.”

As the holiday season is upon us, I invite you to use these tools to create an entirely new possibility. And no matter what is happening around you, remember, YOU are the gift! YOU are the joy. YOU are the greatness! YOU are the magic!
