The holiday season is often referred to as the season of giving. We have been taught that giving is superior to receiving and as a result, many of us are driven to give and to sacrifice of ourselves continuously. Life becomes all about obligation and doing what others demand and require and we often end up in total exhaustion, resenting everyone and everything.
Where does receiving fit with all this? When’s the last time you allowed yourself to truly receive? When’s the last time you truly nurtured and cared for you?

Access Bars has made so much change in my life… Yes – No doubt that I´m on to Access BARS, gifting, Global BARS Day on yhe 6. og januar together whit lovely and fun BARS people i Denmark 🙂 I am so greatfull for this all araund the world reseiveing day – How did I get so lucky? 🙂 I to wonder, how much magic and mirackles we will create that day?!!

Global Bars Day was amazing; as our group shared Bars, body processes, clearings, etc., we could feel possibilities opening all around us and those others who were participating in this event. I could feel the energy, power, and possible momentum of it all. So, I propose this: WORLD CONSCIOUSNESS DAY that happens every month, the first Monday of every month, from 12:01am Sunday night/Monday morning thru midnight Monday night in your time zone all around the world, whoever chooses to participate, in any way you choose to contribute greater consciousness toward a greater reality/ Why not keep the momentum building/generating ? What else is possible ?
